    My xp warrior build 791% +, DPS 166k, the experience / time ratio in the CoW is the best
    And gemstones drop everywhere, you just have to kill more

    I'd recommend a sliding scale. Say, Normal drops only rough, Heroic drops 66% rough/34% common, legendary drops 20% rough/60% common/20% teardrop and trials being on a similar scale. That would actually incentivize grinding at a higher difficulty.
