So, let's say I have a Vampiric Cape of Celery... uhm, Celerity. Now, I reroll the ability rate bonus, and pick... whatever, anything else. Ability rate is now no longer present on the cape. However, it is still named Vampiric Cape of Celerity.
I think it would be good to rename a generic item after a reforge if the name is no longer appropriate.
