    What quality of gem in an item.

    Currently the only way I see to view what level of gem is to unsocket it and see it inventory or simply know the bonus level to associate a gem quality level. Can socketed description have size of gem with it? Icon larger in abilities screen.

    The description is already there. when you click on the item, you see the +10/+20/..../+50 at the bottom of the stats. that's the gemstone.
