The description for BH's Explosive shot says this:
But it does not say that the explosion damage is decreased for secondary enemies. In other words, other enemies that get hit by the explosion do not take 500% damage, but instead much weaker and inconsistent numbers.
Here's just two instances.
My initial hit was the 19325, and the explosion on my selected enemy did 58249 which seems alright considering the 190%:500% ratio. But the other enemies took only ~40% of the explosion damage.
This time again, initial hit(20600) and primary explosion damage(51639) seem ok, but the other explosion damages are only 22766 and 6270 which are merely 45% and 12% of the initial explosion damage.
On an interesting note, explosion can crit! ...for some enemies.
Also do take note that even in this case, the explosion numbers are all different, whether it's a crit or not.
Could we get consistent explosion secondary damage for all enemies (should account for enemy defences of course, different enemies may take different damages but same ones, like the one in training grounds, should take the same damage). Or, have the description state that explosion damage is higher for closer enemies, but scale down by distance
