Currently once you get a decent set of gear crafting becomes less useful. Your 6 main slots are generally set type items, an Integralas Mantle, a set of jewelry, and 2 weapon slots, limiting your crafting to just weapons. Furthermore non-warriors can't make shields, non-mages can't make tomes, non-BH can't make pistols. I'd suggest the following two additions to crafting:
On the main crafting window allow switching targeted class. This would make it so you can use all class types to craft any slot. A warrior could click Mage to craft a robe, or tome, or wand. A mage could click Bounty Hunter to craft pistols, etc...
If you craft 3 items from the same Set you create an item of that Set. So If you are putting together a 6 piece suit of Havoc gear you could use an extra Havoc Hood, Havoc Tunic, and Havoc Gloves to craft a new Havoc Boots.
This would significantly increase the versatility of crafting by allowing a mix of classes to each have their 24 hour timer going and make finding excess set pieces useful instead of just selling for gold.
