Display effects of named items.

Hi, I recently drop a Integralas Mantle. It would be great if there was an icon on the right to let me see where I am on the stack and the duration remaining.
And when you open your stats page while the buff is active, it should display the stats modifications it does.

I do not see the need for this. I believe that the game is already overloaded with unnecessary effects, which reduces the performance even on powerful devices.

normally, I'm all in favor of seeing more attributes...but I agree on this one. maybe just me, but I've neither noticed nor cared if the buff is active, as long as I don't die
