i am level 44 i am at lv 57 trial and the item drops are around lv 46 shouldn't it be around 57 instead ?

They probably did this so you get gear you can actually use without paying a enormous amount of gems.

version 1.2.59

Trial 1 = level 10 enemy
Trial 2 = level 20 enemy
Trial 3 = level 30 enemy
Trial 4 = level 40 enemy
........................
Trial 7 = level 70 enemy
Trial 8+ = level 70 enemy only progressively harder. stronger, tougher.

Not exactly sure on the equipment drops though.
