First I want to thank you for making a very nice set of armor I am runing arcanist set I am using skybreaker and cornival cape and ironbound cape I have a few thoughts so first firbal is weeker then frost bolt with area effect and regular damage I would say about 15 to 20% increase would even them second I am using arcane bolts and arc lightning arc lightning seams to kill groups and single mobs 40% slower I thought with the extracking attack with increased attacks peed for level 10 would even things out but I use all skills and self buffs level 10 on tests I would say 18%damage increase could fix arc lightning

these are my thoughts and sadjestions thanks for looking at them

Arc lightning is way overpowered if used properly, it doubles your damage, it definitely doesn't need a buff. The other things you mentioned are getting a buff in the next big patch if I understand correctly.
