I'm a fan of the Fire Lily...up to a certain point. For a good while (part of the fun of a new build), it is "OP."

It is certainly a useful tool for part of a more mature build, even in something as rando-goodluckified as a 12-Hour Survive the Land event.

My question is simply: Where Is/Is there a best place to hunt for one during "Start Fresh" scenarios? Are there accepted drop rates for such TLs, etc.?
