Request for an Eternium Town Library

In-game descriptions are a vital part of a newb's experience. They provide correct understanding of gameplay & enable better decision-making. And instead of referring to each description separately, if they are presented collectively, that would enable clean comparisons between the choices (of skill or gear). This collection of descriptions could be in the form of a scrollable "Town Library" page in the Home Town (see my visualization in Discord channel). Once done, this Town Library page can provide the detailed descriptions & the JIT descriptions on items can be significantly condensed.

IMPORTANT: Now, if these descriptions are not written properly, they can & will cause severe loss of time & effort, and consequent frustration & player attrition.

I compiled all the in-game descriptions & dumped them into a single AI-searchable web page in order to compare & contrast various skills & gear at a glance and make informed choices, but only to find several inconsistencies in the in-game descriptions.

Please correct all the in-game descriptions applying the following writing guidelines:
    1. All descriptions should have a uniform style, appearing as if written by a single author. So, if multiple authors are writing descriptions, they must use a standardized Eternium Writing Style Guide.
    2. Use title casing only for proper nouns. Don't capitalize for emphasis.
Examples: "Shield Block", "Shield Slam proc".
    3. Standardize terminology & use them consistently.
Examples of inconsistencies: Damage (primary stat) vs. Weapon Damage (secondary stat); Haste vs. Attack Speed; Ability Rating vs. Ability Rate; Stat vs. Attribute; Gear vs. Equipment; Ability vs Skill.
    4. Each description should be consistent with its counterparts for easy comparison.
Examples: a Utility skill description should be consistent with other Utility skill descriptions; a Gear description for a set should be consistent with that of other sets of a class.
    5. Each skill & gear description could have its main effect presented first, and additional effects bulleted below (with a "+" sign).
    6. Skills must have the cast duration, damage type, and cooldown clearly specified.
    7. Boss skills must be described to understand how to counter them.
    8. Procs should be distinguished from skills, and must be identified clearly with a "proc" suffix. Do not assume newbs will intuit it.
    9. Don't be vague. Be specific & enumerate.
Example: Instead of "Has a chance to..." or "Has a small chance to...", write "Has 1 chance per minute to..." or "Has 33% chance per cast to...".
    10. Always mention units & use them consistently.
Examples: Either mention all chances or occurrences in seconds or minutes, not both; Instead of "Doubles...", write "Increases by +100%..." or "Increases to 200%...".
PS: In case you're interested, my personal compilation (WIP) of all in-game descriptions (rewritten in a compact & consistent manner for my own understanding & comparison) is available here. Content credit is given to Making Fun, Inc.

I like this game information page, thanks for doing it. Please also add these:
-Innate Passive of Each Class (Juggernaut, Adeptus Arcana, Guerilla Specialist)
    and maybe:
    -Bosses attacks and their cooldown
-List of Elites and what they do

      Thank you, ergn.
I'm not sure what is an "innate passive". If you meant "gear effects", they are already described beside each gear item.
Yes, it would be great to describe the attacks & cooldowns of different bosses. But, they are not described in the game. So, I don't know an authentic source from where I can get that info.
Same is the case with Elites. Where can I find latest & authentic info? If it is not in the game, I generally try to avoid presenting that info here as a fact.
