More cc at least 40%, a lot more cd. And try to get like 1500 ar. More vitality and no life regen. Go with vitality and loh which is ok at like 3k. And you need frost dmg on both of your trinkets, belt and bracers. Should be around 80% frost dmg. Please correct me guys, thats what I can tell for now

First you need a better weapon. Yours is only lvl 70 with low dmg. Make a 74 min to begin or at least a 73 with high dmg
and you could add a 1000 CL quite fast since your only 999

weapon dmg stat is the most importent for dmg output, the higher the level, the higher the avarage dmg
