Best Stats for Mage

I read some articles about stats. I got that for mage, Ability Rate is good for 1500 points, more that cape that give AR too.
Since stats have diminished returns, for a balanced mage, all stats needed to be around 1500 (like haste, armor, etc) and the rest for power?

This should give you an idea...depending if you go for a crit build or a Lily build.
Right now only ELR mage builds are competitve.
