New template help

Hello, looking in the mage leaderbord, I see that strong mages uses this abilities list:
Arc lightning
Singularity
Paradox
Time Warp
I tried using this abilities but I cannot go past trial 136.
Can anyone explain me how to use there abilities in combat?
I already have Stormcaller set and the others items

Correct me if I am wrong but from what I can see;

if you are NOT using blizzard to proc the 2 piece set bonus, you must use the Belt of Whispers and the Cloak of Mystic Deflection.

Note: I do not play the build as I believe it to be too gimmicky and overpowered, game designers should incorporate a time trial penalty for each death in a trial to balance the sets.

I tried using Belt of Whispers and Cloak of mystic deflection too, but unsuccessfully. Before I like to use Blink paradox time Warp and arcane Bolt with arcane set, but I cant pass trial 136. So I'm trying new templates. I'm stuck
