At what level (approx) does a Fire Lily build become ineffective?

I am running a ELR / Fire Lily build. I don't have all level 77 gear yet (all 75-77 celestialized) and seemed to have hit a wall at TL 140. I see that all the top players are running Critical Builds and am wondering a what TL should I consider shifting to a Critical Build?
(I admit my playing skills may not be the best, this is the first RPG game I have played in over 20 years, gave them up when they started requiring hand / eye coordination. Never been my best feature but am liking this game)

I think you have already answered your question.
If you are hitting a wall at 140, a Crit. build will most likely get you a few trials (5 to 10, I think it was in my case) higher, once you get the hang of proc alignment. There are some exceptionsl FLbeamers o.c. but many of us do manage to climb higher with Crit.
I am afraid that acquiring just a few (non-crucial) missing 77s will not move your wall further than 1 or 2 TL, so you might consider investing time into a Crit build as of now.....
or just go ZAP (if that seems fun to you)
