Did the dragons get buffed?

Just curious, does anyone know if Garm and TBD got buffed? I am seeing my usual strategy for dealing with both of them is failing when it comes to dealing with them. Blue circle doesn't seem as effective in Garm and overflow on TBD is blowing me away when it didn't before. Just wondering if it is just me or anyone else has notice any change in their behavior.

Not since I noticed that I am dying on both dragons way more and what used to work isn't, maybe just getting careless.

If you perceived a change, then something changed and that sure isn't the dragons. Investigate your equipped gear or your ability sheet. A significant change can hardly be anywhere else.
