Level 77 gears

Hi guys!
I played the game way back 2017 if I'm not mistaken.
I noticed from the leaderboard that their gears was already level 77. I'm trying to craft same level but the highest level I'm allowed was level 71. Is there any champion level required to craft gears? Thank you!

Welcome back.

You need a toon who has reached L70 as a start

Then you also need crafting mastery at level 50.

Then you need to track your crafts, ideally using Pythia in order to predict when that L77 item will happen. Pythia only works with a toon created with crafting mastery already at 50 by the way. Reason to use Pythia = it takes a lot of the crafting pain away. There are other posts which will explain the theory behind this.

Then you need gold and materials for your crafts (best crafting during anbs when costs are lowered).

Do not try for a L77 bracer until everything else is done. Getting the desired ability and also the max bonus % is painful.
