    Slayer is a Weapon's enchantment, can't put it on a Shield - I just tried, doesn't work.

    "Off hand" refers to when you're using 2 weapons.

    I see that most of the top warriors are using the exotic Slayer enchantment on their Whirlwind axes and the greater enchantment Obfuscation on their Liberator shields. Is there any reason the Slayer enchantment wouldn't be as effective on the Liberator, if it wasn't used on the axe?
