I got the Bonus legendary item for having a Season Pass. It said in the description that it would be a level 77 but when I used it it was only a level 70. Anyone else?

I have noticed a few people on the leaderboard with Level 77 Ephemeral weapons and I too was wondering how they got it. I have looked at all of the STL progression rewards and all store offers and cannot find anything that states Level 77 Custom Legendary. I figured it was a bug and those random few people just got away with an unfair advantage. #feelsbadmanComment
