Is there a limit of 5 Cooldown spirit stones?

I noticed that my main character hat 70% cooldown reduction with 5 spirit stones. Once I socketed the 6th 3% Cooldown stone I saw it was still 70%.
So I thought it was simply capped at 70%.
My new hero had 66% cooldown with 5 spirit stones. Once I added the 6th coolddown spirit stone it was still 66%. So I assume a bug...

It's the Spiritstone bonus that is capped to three Brilliants of a kind at most. Equipping a fourth one (or more) adds nothing.

So 3x10% Cooldown+3x 6% Cooldown would be the maximum effect?

Cooldown Reduction for Manastim is capped at 30% bonus, which is either 3 Brilliants (3 x 10%), or 5 Trillions (5 x 6%). This is as far as the bonus can reach. 66% is a very good CDR already. Even adding tons of AR wouldn't improve it that much.
