Fury set tornado doesn't crit?

did some testing and it seems that the set effect tornadoes that appear from moving don't crit. Is this a bug?

I second the question. It seems they don't contribute to the Grievous Wounds stack in a Vampiric Blades Warrior.

Just looked at mine, with 2 set fury piece my ww crit while moving, In lvl 80 trial. I did not test vampiric blades cause I cant, however for blamestorm set, which I do have, in getting a 400% bonus to basic attacks not the 1200 listed. To be clear when I tested crit, I only walked while using in the zone to proc we more often, did not use frenzy of rend till about 2 minutes in for 2 games.

I made a quick test, tornados gave a lot more damage with 1600%CD and 42% CR than with fire lilly. So they do crit. But contrbution to bleeds are negligible.
Edit: I got twice the dmg with crit build mainly because ToS procced
