Frenzy/Cleave?

Why would top players leave F/C and not C/F? Or because they play on pc, what's the effect of qol?

Charm of Qol allows you to keep the Frenzy bonuses up without switching between attacks, but that is when you use Frenzy as the second attack. Frenzy also offers some healing effect, so most likely those using F/C are using Frenzy to make up for having less Toughness.
