How to improve a DW?

I dunno wat to say My not so good DW (no CT even for one gear yet) beat my SW with all bunch of CT etc etc

err how to improve my DW build? ( hero attributes )
Do I need to add +100 for Critical rating at the CP?

Getting physical damage as close to 93.7% as you can
maybe 1 more ar item

dont put cr or loh on items

Avoid elites in trials
