So I was wondering, on what kinds of normal mob attacks do dodge, parry and block work?
I was dryrunning my next experimental build for silver Anb. Checking damage mitigation via survivability test with 5 enemies. What I noticed was the mages didn’t set off shield slams, but did generate parry.
So since parry partially works on different attacks, not the entire % of parry is “in the way” for blocking, since a parry can happen on an attack a block does not. This means apart from adding to damage mitigation in general, parry also works “beside” blocking.
So I was wondering how much “overlap” there is attack type wise between parry, dodge and block. Block only seems to work with melee and bow attacks, not magic. But I don’t know exactly about parry and dodge.
