I just checked and the third one becomes available when in a trial or story map. For some reason the middle one is greyed out in town.

Thanks for the response. I just checked, and I am still greyed out in a trial. Also my opponent in a PvP was not greyed out. Something else seems to be going on.

I primarily play in the PvP Arena. A recent opponent uses Shockwave and I thought I would try it out. That opponent showed three uses. One of mine is greyed out so I presume I only get two. How do I unlock the third one?
