Level 83 - Hair Clip

Hi, I really, really need to know where this item is before I pull the little hair I have left out. I have read it is behind the pin cushion (black with white dots) but that doesn't work for me. I cannot for the life of me find it and I think I may go slightly mad If anyone knows please reply. Thanks in advance.
