OK just discovered silver dust needed in enchantments and if not enough you can manufactur it but only in enchantments...

As far as I remember silver dust drops regularly and salvaged from items that use silver bars to craft...

So cannot find thread with jewellery max stats over level 70 has anyone done the math? Very interested in 72's
