Anyway, to achieve the highest possible damage in a Legendary piece of jewelry, you need to create 3 Epic rings in a specific manner.
2 of these Epic rings will be purely focused on a single stat. Power, Critical Rate, or Attack Speed are your options. Do not mix in other types of gems or rings, as that will dilute the power of the finished product. These will be the 2 primary stats on your finished Legendary ring. Each of the Epic rings created in this step will have only 1 stat, each ring having a different stat.
The last Epic ring is a combination of 2 stats that have not yet been used, one of which being Critical Damage. There is no Gemstone for Critical Damage, so you must craft Uncommon rings that have the stat. This gives you the remaining 2 stats on your Legendary ring. The Epic ring created in this step will have 2 stats, both unique from the first 2 rings.
