yup, I am getting this close to calling it quits
I left Gardens of Time for similar reasons:
they kept adding items that you could only get by buying and new chapters that were impossible to complete unless you had a gazillion neighbors sending you building materials everyday and they also did not expand the map.
One expansion grid every month or longer so you were stuck taking stuff out of your garden to make space for new items and in the process, lowering the points needed to advance to the next level and to unlock scenes.
