Socket cost during ANB Silver

I am not sure, but for items that you acquire at completion of a trial, isn’t the cost reduce for add socket, just like crafted items, or is it full price? For example: A lvl 75 pants crafted, the cost for adding a socket is 75 gems. However, a trial rewarded pants is charging 375 gems. I thought they were also reduced? Please clarify.

Drops are full price, because they'll transfer; only ephemerals have reduced cost for adding socket
