This might seem like a dumb question but do the items in stash, gems, gold ect carry over to a new hero if I delete the hero I'm playing and create a new one in ANB bronze?

WHAT IS SAVED:

• Champion: Your ANB Champion is saved IF you have an open Champion slot in your Main account. If you want to save your ANB Champion and have no open slots, you can: a) purchase a Champion slot with gems, or, 2) you may elect to delete another champion to make slot space for your ANB Champion. If you don't want so save your ANB Champion and you have no open slots, simply end the ANB event normally and the ANB Champion will be deleted.
• Champion Experience and Synergy: All Champion Experience and Synergy points gained during the event are added/shared in your main account's champion pool.
• Gold and Materials: All unused gold and materials are mailed to your main account after the event ends.
• Boosters and Research Books: All boosters and research books you acquired during the event are saved and are available for use by any of your main champions.
• Custom Rare Jewelry: You can keep any custom rare jewelry you crafted.
• Celestial Transforms (CTs) and their Celestial Items: When you apply a CT to an item (gear or weapon) during ANB, the CT is removed from the item after the ANB ends, and the item reverts to its original rarity after the event but keeps its attributes. The CT is mailed separately to you and can used on another main account item.

WHAT ABOUT THOSE "EPHEMERAL" ITEMS?

Weapons and gear labeled “Ephemeral” not converted to a Celestial item are deleted when the ANB event ends. All Ephemeral Jewelry is deleted also (NOTE: Jewely cannot be converted to a Celestial item). So, it is best to sell ALL Ephemeral items for gold at either Ruby's, Gornathan’s, or Mitzu’s station BEFORE the ANB event finishes, otherwise all Epheneral items are deleted with no return value.

Just to clarify, are you deleting your current Bronze char and making another one? If so, then yes, everything in your Bronze stash, mats & Gold will still be there. But so will used timer and milestones achievments - those are also linked to the current Bronze "profile"
