And finally a recipe for a regalia robe came up.... so I spent gems to buy it, go to the crafting area and....... nope. Wasted 250 gems for nothing as the only regalia thing it'll let me craft is shoulder pads because I bought that recipe ages ago. But the one I just bought for the robes is MIA so I spent gems for nothing. Starting to wonder why I haven't just uninstalled this yet.

Honestly, probably will get rid of it the next day or so, doing the same missions over and over is tedious to put it politely. Not to mention all the time and effort to level up, max out all my spells get good armor etc and then I go into a trial and die instantly from every freaking enemy because they can kill me with 1 hit while my maxed out spells, weapons etc plus several other chars all seem to do absolutely no damage that matters. Taking 2 minutes to kill a skeleton when you have maxed out everything is just making the whole thing pointless.

Why did I spend the time to level up everything only to feel like a newbie again just trying to complete 1 trial? You'd think for all that effort I'd actually be able to do some damage with all my spells, armor, weapons etc maxed out, plus 3 other characters helping plus a handful of summoned skeletons..... but nope, takes all that, plus abilities plus a ton of time just to make a dent in anything and even longer to kill it. By that time the timers run out and it's pointless to even fight the boss since I won't get any credit or XP for it anyways.

So many things wrong with this game I don't even know where to start to list them all......

Not sure how to reply directly to Travis so putting the friend code here:
    XISO WENE ZAKE 5519

I bought regalia pants today, that showed up at least. But it still hard to get anything when 9 out of every 10 recipe's are for fighers, not mages. Really not looking to spend a year trying to get the stuff I need to craft things and I've already gotten the best of everything that's going to drop as loot so crafting is the only way to get anything better (and even then not by much).

This is an easy one to look into. What is your friend code from the bulletin board in the southeast part of town?

If you were not already aware, you should buy all recipes for gold when they appear. Trying to refresh or wait for a specific is a losing proposition.

It can't be real. Season level is
priority to determine ranking in the trial? It doesn't make any sense. If you buy season pass, you already start with advantage. A weeker player buying a season pass have more chance to get a medal than a veteran. What is the logic?

What's the advantage? Rewards aren't sent until the Season ends. Most players will be Season level 60 within a few weeks.

A question about season leveling. I noticed there are 32 players already at max season level (60). I am wondering if I am missing something. I thought that the only way to acquire points was to complete the daily bounties (4 total), the season bounties (8) that change every few days, as well as the 3 ANB bounties during events. Also, one can pay 100 jems per level. Are there additional means in aquirering Seasonal Points (other than the above mentioned, or the paying of 100 jems per level, which is a no bueno for me?!

The players who jumped to the top are just using Gems to max out their Season level quickly.

Season Level establishing the baseline of your competition? Perfect. If you've acquired things, you can transmute them. Or live a while, play the game, and accomplish just as much.

How high you rank based on the TL and Speed within your current strata? No brainer.

Time taken by itself, though, is a problem. It is unheralded, and the Constant Cookies have largely Cut its value by neglect or eating too much Blue Chew.

Most players have never seen a 24s anything. I've never gotten a 23s.

Ok, maybe I have, twice somehow, but that doesn't count to me. Although I saved it, go figure. I shouldn't have to save it (another thread explores such).

There's currently a Season 60 TL 1 dude (looks like a very established character) with 22 seconds. Yes, Trial Level 1....but still, having enough variables fall into place, possessing a particular skillset, and being awake enough when many factors align is a pretty neat thing. Or, you know, 4Havoc2DemoCritCrit.

Why are players at lower trial levels ranked above players at higher trial levels on the leaderboard? What'd I miss?

Season LBs now rank people first by Season level then by Trial level. We did this to enable more people to participate in the top of the LBs who are playing regularly. We expect that by the end of the season (or sooner) anyone who cares can be at level 60, so the end result will still be most skilled players dominating.

We are shooting for a balance where leaderboards are fun for and accessible to the widest array of people and not instantly dominated by people who are not active players. We know this change was not universally appreciated, including by players who are active but who do not care to grind season bounties. To address this, we will add juicy Season XP bounties into future events, allowing performance in events to replace season level grinding.

      Curious for feedback on this.

It most likely won't matter much as everyone will end up maxing out their season level eventually, but it's probably best to just use one criterion
    Working...
