TL 100 for salvage and xp today. TL100 is no longer giving 3 legendary pieces
Instead, Im getting 2 epic and only one legendary.

Yes. Players now have to run higher Trials to get guaranteed legendaries.

Welcome to the new and improved drop rates that they previously tested. Epics now drop regularly all the way up through TL110 and possibly higher.
