“Lost Souls” in my bag

Today after I cleared my daily mission on windows, some error message pop up saying that “heap memory run out of space blabla” and something called “Lost Souls” appeared in my bag. I’m not able to sell it or dismantle it or put it to my chest.

By the way, the game always crash on iOS when I open my chests.

Those are left over from a daily quest. You end up with extra quest items when you accept a daily quest with one hero, collect some of the required items, then turn the quest in with another hero. You can get rid of the extra daily quest items by accepting the daily quest that requires the same items the next time it comes around, then making sure the hero turning the quest in has the extra items in his/her inventory.

The heap 0 out of memory error is an unrelated (separate) issue.
