There is no Quest Item

In Inventory there is no Crate

No screenshots - "You are not authorized to create or remove attachments"

The crate is given to you by Alarion, when he tells you to talk to Ingrid... so you probably used it already... you can buy another from Ruby to complete the quest...

Travis, this really need to be fixed, keep on seeing it reported... simplest way is to let Ingrid give the crate, not Alarion

Did a test run, latest version does as noted above: the crate is given by Ingrid and is marked as a quest item

This can happen if you open the Basic Resource Crate you were given before the quest prompts you to do so. You can complete the quest by buying another Basic Resource Crate from Ruby, the consumable trader in town, then opening it from your inventory.

I have this problem. I have tried buying the resource crate, that didn't progress the qst. I even deleted the character and started a new one but stiil got stuck with the very annoying "resource crate here" etc.

I had no problem with my first toon, just my Mage.

Would really like a fix.

This is a known issue with game version 1.16.7. We're working to get it fixed ASAP.

The fix for this is included in game version 1.16.10. We're just finishing up a few final tasks and it will be submitted to Google. Please grab the update when you see it and let me know if you're still having trouble.
