Crashing while equipping in armory

This happens while equipping my fury build (only) and exiting the armory; and when I reload the game, the set can be either equipped or not. The game throws a memory error after a minute or so of this (attached pic). However, manually equipping the set does not make the game crash. Tried this while running the game directly and through Steam too.

This has to do with the build having different companions. The issue will be fixed in the upcoming update.
