Crashing on android

Hi,

The app is consistently crashing when the UI displays Synchronizing profiles.

Running on a Samsung Galaxy Tab E with Android 7.1.1.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to update to a newer version of Android. Android 7 is almost 10 years old.

This happens to me too when trying to play on my old phone, now dedicated to games only, running Android 7.
Google Play states that the game is compatible with the device, and only needs Android 6.0.

What version of Android do you guys have as a min.req with the new update to 1.16.7 ?

Game Game version 1.16.10 does not support Android 7 or older. We are working to resolve this issue.

I suppose it's time to spend some bucks on me for a change ...

Had been seriously thinking about getting a new phone anyway to replace my 2017 Pixel 2X (Android 11). The new Pixel 8 Pro is not necessarily the "best" Android out there -- according to the so-called rating gurus, but for me, I always liked the overall design and feel, the superb UI, it's a Google product -- and besides I've been suffering from the fact my existing phone is running woefully low on battery life.
