Progress lost both on Android and Windows account

I updated the game to the latest version on my smartphone (Android) and started playing with one of my warriors, named Aaaa.
I found some spiritstones both in Gemstone+ Selection and in generic gems selection, then played some stages in the story mode and got to level 120 in trial mode, reaching level 4 in the current season.
I saved my progress on my smartphone and now I'm playing with my account on Windows.
I lost my progress, experience gained in Bounties on day 1, my equipped spiritstones and Gemstones selections.
You should see that my warrior (champion level 2311) completed trial level 120 in 2:35 and has spiritstones equipped.
May you bring them back, please?

I'm sorry you ran into this. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to restore your progress without restoring a backup of your game data, in which case you'd lose any progress you've made since the 6th.

The underlying issue has been resolved, so this won't happen again when switching between devices.
