    Description of Northern Wind confusing

I was going to report it doesn't work. But it does, it just doesn't do what
the description says. It says all targets "act as if frozen".

They do not freeze, they keep moving. If hit by frostnova, after 3 seconds.
If nearby, they don't stop at all and can attack.

What actually happens I think is that they take double damage from
frostbolt (or blizzard) "the same as if they were frozen".

[It hard to use on a touch screen because casting the utility stops the autoattack.
But the time you attack again, the timeout is up. Worse .. you run into the middle
of the mob instead of attacking. Actually I have that problem with the two finger
attack, I suicide about 70% of the time :-) Once started it works for a while
when moving with the auto attack but one miss and it reverts to the one finger
attack. Its hard to see how you can *aim* with two fingers .. I have enough
trouble with just one thanks! It would be good to be able to swap the two
    primary attacks (including in Trials).]

"Northern wind causes all targets to be counted as frozen"

If they were actually frozen, you won't be receiving any damage at all

And Magroth can kill you in one blow, frozen solid. I always thot that was a bit weird.

That is the desired behavior. They are "treated" frozen. It doesn't say it freezes everything.
