Every drop in that level is at level 77, and it also drops rings with max prop such as %150 CD.

Where is it?

It can't be at trials can it? Story mode maybe? Dunno. The only thing that i could find is 'a nice elevator'. It's not a level or something secret cause there are those who had found it bf me. Is it Ozy or etc etc.
