I was waxing nostalgic with a co-worker about City of Heroes.
One feature I remember was the "streak-breaker," a fudge on the RNG that tried to break streaks of bad rolls. I misremember the math but it was along the lines of "If you have a 50% chance to hit, and attack 5 times and miss, your chance to hit goes up slightly until you do." (Numbers not accurate.)
Would you good folks consider something like that for drops?
