They never give full change list. You should forget on these types of dreams. If you will believe they will do so, you will break your heart in the future. Here is one thing that is painful but true: they can't. I am sure there is some strange spell blocking them from doing it. Propably it's Elban's work. That's why we won't get full update notes... Never.

Full changelists are ridiculously long and include non-user-facing changes and fixes (to things like art assets and backend functionality). So, Adrian usually only lists the main user-facing changes. That said, I've pinged the team -- we'll see what they say.

I also subscribe to petition. We should also remember that this is still beta version so everybody is testing it. It would be much easier to test it if you would tell us what we should test (what is new).

That's it! When I have downloaded new version, I visit every page like settings, etc to see for new staff and options. Believe me, they added many new setting option in last updates.
