It has been awhile, since I was thinking why it costs you stupid 50 gems as long it is your character that you have created on yr account. Also, you have spent around 2000 gems to unlock all the slots, and still they wanna to get gems from you this way.
Better to remove this and add there more items to the shop, what do you think?

Why would anyone do that? Deleting account is useless these days. Actually, there are only 5 slots for Heroes. Why?

For dailies? I would spare dailies away if it would have a cost of more slots. There are always adds for gems, for touch devices. Yeah, PC is the problem this time.

Sorry Travis, I was posting from my phone and went a little too concise at the expense of clarity. What I meant was that in order to delete my account, I had to delete a character (perhaps one I had added, don't remember) and was charged 50 gems to do that. Since I had no ongoing benefit (as the account was being deleted), I didn't understand the 50-gem cost (gems are account-bound, right?). I don't recall the exact mechanics and timing of the process, however.

This was after just a few days of playing, I didn't really know what I was doing and could certainly have been more efficient in rebooting my account. I ended up spending $30 or so on the 3-day old deleted account, which was fine (my choice), but since I didn't have any gems (badly misspent, part of the reason I wanted a do-over on the Elven deal) I spent another $5 on gems just so I could delete the character in order to delete the account.

Well, for me it is not really easy and that's the last thing veteran players take in mind - gems. It takes some time to complete act 1 on full 5 starts, around 2 hours, and it will give you around 130 gems for this. This is not really a lot. But yeah, I understand why guys did this.

But it's fairly quick and easy to beat the first 6 levels 5 times, which yields 54 Gems.

One more thing: some versions ago u said that Eileen should have a facelift, like Marcus had. Sadly nothing happened in few updates after. Will it actually happens?

Could you pick a more irrelevant topic to talk about... I much rather things get added, improved than care about the anime porn you might be into.....She has downs syndrome, accept it. You know the snail pace these devs release content. That might be a months delay in multiplayer that 1 improvement.
