After setting the enemy level in story mode, i think it should stay at that level and not go back to player level after completing/exiting a stage.
When power leveling a new char this is one of my greatest grievances.
Alternatively it could be changed into a enemy level +X box, allowing the value to grow with player level.
Edit:
This could/would maybe also eliminate the need for the hard level confirmation!?
