Cool down timers should respect advertising time

Time spent watching ads should count toward cool down timers. If I spend 30 seconds watching an ad, my cool downs should have 30 seconds off of them when it ends.

The game is paused while you watch ads. The alternative is we don't pause the game and your cooldown timers will run...but so will your level completion timer and you will get attacked by mobs.

Allowing abilities to cool down while the game is paused would break the game.
