Easy, time yourself 10mins of bashing without fury. Then go again for 10mins triggering as much fury as you can. Total damage stat should tell you enough.

i would leave Passives such as power infusion at home. Also don't bother with battle rage.

i meant to say after each 10mins. Take note of the damage stats.

That is why you run it for 10mins so all those %chance stuff avg out.
