Emblem of Ascendance and Max Skill Level

If I have skill 10 and equip the Emblem of Ascendance, will I be at level 12?

After a year, they didn't add skill descriptions, so they won't add them anymore. It's supposed to be +2, but I don't think so because I downloaded the skill to the power and got the same result. I think it only works up to +8. The support simply doesn't know what they're adding. Tłumaczenie na Polski: Po roku nie wprowadzili opisów do skil więc już nie dodadzą. You can generally see the effects by looking at how they are applied. Here is a time warp buff, 60% damage, 30% attack speed at level 10. With emblem 72 and 36.

I took 2 screenshots and merged them side-by-side. In one I've equip the Emblem, and in the other I haven't. I'll let you guess which is which.

I would have expected all the equipped skills to now show 12, and selecting one would show it's increased effects. Instead nothing is different. Obviously the unequipped skills should still show 10.

Extrapolating is a reasonable assumption so these are probably good values, but I still don't understand why the game doesn't report the +2 effects.

1) It’s more than extrapolating.
2) I agree, but keep in mind the game is wrong sometimes. (More often than my tables )

I have found , with my mage anyway the emblem does push the buff stats above the max if your skill is already LV 10, after checking the glass cannon, vitally fleet footed reflection damage etc skill buffs with and without the emblem equipped and using abiltys like temporal warp..however it doesn't seem to apply the level buff if you have the ability in the second skill slot when using the legacy boots and frost beam in that slot only fires for a second..tho it could be different on PC with a mouse. I play on my android phone (please don't judge me?)

I found the trinket most usefull on my fledging warrior toon and in the ANB events as it saves a **** load of time getting to use LV 10 skills
