    Eridanus ripple dmg type

    I have seen many arcanists that do not use any dmg boost on tgeir gear. However most of the dmg comes from eridanus ripple weapon. Is the dmg of the ripple non-elemental?

    General - 1.5.70 Stats Block Rating now uses up 25% less item budget. This results on items with the Block Rating stat having a higher quantity of stat. Items Brooch of Vampirism now increases the amount of Life Regeneration by 15000 while active, up from 5000. Brooch of the Stormcaller now deals 25000% weapon damage,


    It is now Arcane damage. You can test this kind of stuff in Training grounds - it's easiest if you have a fire lily, so damage is more constant. Idea is to remove any skills/companions/crits that can mess with the experiment : )

      Arcanist gear is excellent to bring down bosses quickly, but you sacrifice AoE damage for crowds. Eridanus does compensate somewhat if you're close enough.
