ANB Bronze I give up *sigh*

I built up this build to try to push for ANB Bronze but for some reason even though I have CR on every piece of equipment and my CR is 2938 but it is only giving me a 4.9% CoH ~ WTF?? (I have a crit build toon with CR 4059 with a CoH of 40.3%) Has anyone had an issue like this and know how to fix it?

Remove those Mightanium spiritstones, each is a -10% Critical Chance, so you're taking a direct -30% hit with those 3 - only good for Fire Lily builds.
