Missing gems

Hi, good day! I recently had 666 gems when I last logged in. While crafting rings, I noticed my gems suddenly when from 666 to 276. I didn't even spent it on anything. I don't know what happened but I tried so hard to earning for those gems. I hope you can do something about it and hoping for your positive response. I'm really sorry for the disturbance :<

Keep in mind that when you select an attribute for jewelry to have, it will use Gems. If you craft jewelry with random attributes, it will only use Gold.
