Gems after event

Hello guys,
I got gold after event but didn't got gems. What it can be the problem?

Gems are shared between all heroes. In other words, the Gems your event hero sees are the same Gems your standard heroes see - there's nothing to send/transfer.

I see this. But it's other. I got gold after event, and should hot more then 4000 gems, but didn't get.

Keep in mind that when you have an event hero, you have 2 separate mailboxes: one for your event hero and one for your standard heroes. Check your event hero's mailbox:
